Brit's Batch, located at 24510 Texas 249 in Tomball, Texas, is a new bakery and coffee shop that opened on February 2, 2025. Founded by Britney Ong, who began baking at 16 to support her volleyball aspirations, the establishment offers a variety of homemade desserts, pastries, specialty coffees, and breakfast items. The cozy ambiance is designed to be a community haven where guests can savor quality treats and create lasting memories.

This week we would like to highlight a new bakery that just opened it’s doors. Brit's Batch, located at 24510 Texas 249 in Tomball, Texas, is a newly opened bakery and coffee shop that offers a delightful array of baked goods, pastries, specialty coffees, and drinks, all crafted with love and care.

The story began when Britney, a passionate and determined young woman, discovered her love for baking at the age of 16. It all started as a practical solution to a financial challenge; she needed to find a way to help cover the costs associated with her volleyball adventures in college. With a natural flair for creating delicious treats, Britney quickly found that she felt a calling to pursue baking.

The menu features fresh-baked desserts, original drink recipes with a twist, and a variety of sweet and savory breakfast options. Notable offerings include Vietnamese coffee, classic espresso drinks, infused lattes, fruit fusions, cookies, cupcakes, and pastries such as croissants and kolaches.

We welcome Brit’s Batch to Tomball and we would love for everyone to go support them. Sip on some coffee and indulge in their amazing pastries. You can also order online. So don’t delay and go check this place out.

Celebrating Our Student-Athletes

A big round of applause for the 38 student-athletes from Tomball High School and Tomball Memorial High School who were celebrated on National Signing Day. Their dedication and hard work have paid off, and we can't wait to see them shine in their future endeavors.

National Signing Day Celebrations

Tomball ISD honored 38 student-athletes from Tomball High School and Tomball Memorial High School on National Signing Day. These talented individuals have committed to continuing their education and athletic careers at universities nationwide.

Girls' Soccer Update

The Tomball High School girls' soccer team has been dominating their district, showcasing exceptional skill and teamwork. Despite a recent setback against Magnolia, the team remains a formidable force in the league.

Upcoming Baseball Tournaments

The Tomball High School varsity baseball team is set to participate in the Deer Park/La Porte Tournament starting February 21. Meanwhile, the JV team will compete in the Oak Ridge JV Tournament, and the sophomore team will take part in the Klein Super Soph Tournament on the same day.
