TOMBALL LIGHTS

Downtown Tomball comes alive on Saturday, December 6th with two back-to-back events that turn the area into a full evening of holiday magic. The celebration begins at Depot Plaza with the annual Deck the Depot Tree Lighting from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Families can enjoy live entertainment, festive treats, visits with Santa, and the first “snow” of the season drifting over the plaza. Kids run around wide-eyed, parents settle in with warm drinks, and the community gathers shoulder-to-shoulder for the big countdown that lights up the Depot’s Christmas tree.

Just as the lights come on, the energy continues a short walk away with Tomball Lights the Town, a special holiday shopping stroll running from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Downtown shops will stay open late, offering seasonal scents, holiday décor, and small-town charm on every corner. Twinkle lights line the streets, music fills the air, and families wander from storefront to storefront taking in the festive scenes.

CHRISTIAN BUSINESS LUNCHEON

If you’re a Christian business owner looking to connect faith and commerce — this one’s for you. The Christian Business Luncheon of Tomball meets next on Tuesday, December 9, at the Lone Star College - Tomball Beckendorf Center. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., lunch begins at 11:45 a.m.

This gathering is more than a networking lunch — it’s a community of local professionals grounded in shared faith and values. The December session features a special program by the choir from Concordia Lutheran High School under their Choir Director Michael Palomaki.

Whether you’re looking for meaningful business relationships, spiritual encouragement, or simply a group of like-minded local business owners — the Luncheon offers fellowship, inspiration, and connection.
