SAHA YOGA AND WELLNESS HOUSE
Tucked away in Old Town Tomball on Houston Street, Saha Yoga & Wellness House (formerly Wild Spirit) is more than a yoga studio—it’s a soulful sanctuary built from a 1940s bunkhouse, complete with a peaceful garden that feels like an escape right in the middle of town.
In December 2023, longtime instructor and new owner Jess Trione gave the studio a new name: Saha, a Sanskrit word meaning “together” or “enduring.” That spirit of unity shapes everything they do, from group yoga classes to healing sessions and community gatherings.
Today, Saha offers yoga and Pilates, Ayurvedic consultations, restorative practices like Reiki and sound baths, as well as retreats designed to refresh body, mind, and soul. It’s a space created not just for exercise, but for whole-person well-being.
Step inside—or step into the garden—and you’ll see why Saha has become a place where health, harmony, and community come together in Tomball.
